The food was great and the staff was efficient and paid attention to detail.

Microwave did not work and one guess is a vegan so we needed the microwave. Mattress has a hole in the middle so you think in the middle of the bed. Saturday night evening staff mail at the desk was very rude

Our room was tidy and nicely furnished, with a cozy bed. The TV wasn't working though 🙁. The location of this place was great, being close to various restaurants and shops.

The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful and very dedicated. The breakfast was free with different options, and we enjoyed it. The property had a central setting in the Phoenix area.

The air conditioner rattled and slammed and blew out hot air. I asked for a fan, they told me they had NO FANS in the building. The girl at the front desk said, they all make noise. The man in the room next to me slammed doors and screamed at his children until 1:30 am. People were dragging dogs outside/inside, slamming doors, all night long. The remote control was sticky, the hallway carpet looked like it had been pooped on, the front door and glass in the doors were filthy, the grounds were full of leaves, branches and debris...you tell ME, how was my stay?

Popular and clean hotel, wonderful and easy location in a nice and safe area. Location short walk to eating establishments, restaurants. For shots visit Redstone Bar & Grill, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

Thank you for a great stay. The place is perfect and has a marvelous location near a Waffle House. The staff is efficient and dedicated. They serve good food with a variety of options to choose from.

Lovely decor at this place, and it's situated right next to a Waffle House, which is super convenient. The food here is pretty good overall, and you've also got the Redstone Bar & Grill nearby for more dining options 🍔.

For a disable room it was great.

parking and the breakfast area was a long way from the room.
